Monitoring

Here at TopTech Fire & Security, we have our own alarm receiving centre that accumulates and facilitates the reliable delivery of alarms data from premises to the alarm receiving centre.

We have a team of skilled engineers that are able to install your products and a team of operators who will monitor these fire alarm systems 24/7. This means that you can rest assured that whenever you need assistance, we will be there in times of an emergency.

Maintenance

At TopTech Fire & Security, we maintain fire alarm systems in accordance to the Irish fire alarm and detection standards, as well, we supply all documentation in line with current legislation. Depending on the occupancy type of the building and the fire alarm system size, we offer two or four site visits per year.

Maintenance includes:

  • Checking that the system is fully functioning

  • Checking the operation of sounders and integrated equipment

  • Checking of the main and backup power supplies

  • Checking the signalling devices – if applicable

  • Doing any minor adjustments needed

  • Inspecting premises for changes in the structure or occupancy

  • Checking all device operations

  • Recording events of site visit in log book

  • Providing relevant documentation
